All visual content made available through Lovelica and the website located at https://lovelica.com (the "Site") consists entirely of computer-generated imagery produced by artificial intelligence models. No content distributed by Lovelica contains visual depictions of actual human beings engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct.

Because no real human performers are depicted, the content does not constitute "actual sexually explicit conduct" as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A) and does not fall within the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or 2257A, or 28 C.F.R. § 75.

Exemption Basis

Lovelica qualifies for exemption from § 2257 record-keeping obligations on the following grounds:

• No real performers. All imagery is synthetically generated. No identifiable human being is depicted, and no actual sexual conduct has occurred or been recorded.
• No primary production. Lovelica does not film, photograph, videotape, digitize, or otherwise record actual human performers engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
• No secondary reproduction of regulated content. Lovelica does not duplicate, reproduce, reissue, or otherwise redistribute visual depictions of actual human performers produced by third parties that would be subject to § 2257.
• No user-uploaded imagery. Lovelica does not provide any functionality for users to upload, submit, or otherwise transmit photographs, video, or other visual depictions of real persons. All imagery is generated by the Site's AI models from textual or parameter-based inputs only.

Although Lovelica is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, we maintain strict policies prohibiting the generation or distribution of:

• Any imagery depicting, resembling, or sexualizing minors.
• Any imagery of real, identifiable individuals generated without their consent.
• Any content that violates applicable laws in the jurisdictions in which we operate.
